1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Blue Pixel Software LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), which operates the blupxl website, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services. "blupxl" is a brand and domain name under which Blue Pixel Software LLC operates. We aim to collect only what we need and to be clear about how we use it.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Contact details — your email address and message when you use our contact form, and, if you choose to provide them, your name, your company, and the kind of help you are considering.

Information from sign-in providers: When you sign in with Google to send us a message, we read your email address and name to verify a reply address. We do not receive your password. For the contact form we do not store this information. If you sign in through an AI assistant (see below), we keep a sign-in record: your Google account identifier, which assistant you approved, and when.

Information collected automatically: Basic technical and usage information. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics also records the pages you view, roughly where you are (country or city level), and which site or search sent you.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
• verify a reply address so we can respond to your contact form message;
• let an AI assistant you approve send an inquiry to us on your behalf;
• maintain, protect, and improve our services;
• comply with legal obligations.

Sending through an AI assistant: Some AI assistants can prepare and send an inquiry to Blue Pixel for you. Before anything is sent, you sign in with Google and approve that assistant on a page we show you. The assistant then receives a key that lets it send inquiries to us as you, and nothing else: it does not get your Google password or access to your Google account. Messages it sends reach us the same way as the contact form, with your verified email address as the reply address.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and Analytics

Signing in with Google uses a temporary cookie to carry you through the provider's redirect. For the contact form, that cookie is signed out as soon as we've read your email address. When you approve an AI assistant, the cookie lasts at most 10 minutes and is removed once you approve or decline, and the approval page uses one more cookie to protect the form from forgery. None of these keep you signed in to this site.

We ask before using Google Analytics. Until you allow it, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set; if you allow it, Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and tell repeat visits apart. Advertising features and ad personalization stay off either way, and we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.

You can change your mind below. Doing so stops analytics straight away and deletes the cookies Google Analytics set in this browser. It cannot undo what was already collected before you changed your choice.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run our services:

• Service providers — hosting and infrastructure, and an email delivery provider that delivers contact form messages to our inbox, acting on our behalf.
• Google Analytics — only if you allow analytics, and only the visit information described above.
• Authentication provider — Google, when you sign in to send a message.
• AI assistants you approve — the key described above, which lets them send inquiries to us as you.
• Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for third-party advertising.

6. Data Retention

We keep no profile of visitors. Messages are delivered to and retained in our inbox, the same as any email you send us directly. If you approve an AI assistant, we keep the sign-in record described above: your approval lasts 90 days, after which you're asked again, and the assistant's keys stop working within 14 days unless it keeps using them. Expired records are removed automatically. To end an assistant's access sooner, remove Blue Pixel from that assistant's connected apps or servers: only the assistant holds its key.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@blupxl.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-Party Authentication

When you sign in through Google, its handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review it.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
